Stock update…

I made stock today, using mostly things the average person would throw away. Made 4 qts of stock, in the slow cooker. I can’t see making it any other way, it was so easy. The best part will be the risotto that I’ll be making later in the week. I’m thinking fiddle head risotto with fresh ricotta, served with spring lamb.
